PSW (UCP) STATISTICAL DATA
PSWs making their voices heard!
We asked PSWs and frontline health care workers to give us their thoughts on being a UCP (Unregulated Care Provider) and how they felt about a protected title, fair wages, respect in their profession, regulation, mandatory staffing ratios and more. Read over 500 responses and hear how our fellow PSWs and frontline workers really feel. Here is the Statistical Data we have complied.

Mental Health Survey
Mental Health For PSWs & Frontline Workers.
Give us your thoughts on Mental Health in the workplace for PSWs & frontline Healthcare workers.
Nurses are also welsome, and invited to participate.
This survey was instrumental in a Mental Health Round Table we were exclusively invited to by MPP Logan Kanapathi & Minister of Addictions, The Hon. Michael Tibollo.Â
We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure what supports and resources are needed for PSWs and frontline workers.

UCP Survey
Give us your thoughts on being a UCP PSW
(A UCP-Unregulated Care Provider)
All frontline workers including Nurses are welcome, and invited to participate.
Through our networking and resources, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the health care industry by asking those who know it best (yet get asked the least) about what is going on in real-time, what they need most, and what changes will be the most beneficial to them, and the ones they care for.
We are giving PSWs the voice they don't have. And it's coming directly from THEM.
This is one of our key areas of focus here at The Canadian PPE Network, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.Â
